Can you be a bit more specific? What components does the case need to have? You can go really small, if you dont need an optical drive or extra GPU.
I like the Bitfenix Prodigy, and it comes highly recommended.
However Cooler master has some cheap ones as-well.

The Prodigy is mITX, not mATX. Personally, I would go with a Silverstone TJ08E - probably the best mATX case out there, for the money.
