any thoughts would be great, if you think i should switch any parts could you please comment, thanks

Looks like a nice build to me. I don't know if the Corsair is reliable? The 500 watt model got lots of complaints. Not sure if that's the case with this 650 watt enthusiast series.

cheers any othe psu's u would recommend? Anything jump out that i should switch?

XFX psu's are reliable, on the inside they are Seasonics. Most of them have 80+ certification. The one i'd recommend is a XFX Pro 650W, which also is 80+ certified and has a single 12 volt rail.

Anybody else have any thoughts on this build

Well, #1, what are you intending to use this system for? If you're planning on gaming, then i would suggest spengig a little extra dough to get a 660ti iver the standard 660. Other than that, it looks like a well rounded system for gaming.

Dont get 16 gigs, its a waste of money, 8gigs will be just fine. You also dont need to spend any extra money on 1866 memory, 1333 or 1600 will give you the same performance if just gaming.

If you dont need Cuda, it is highly recommended to get an AMD card for the same price becaus it will deliver you more performance. The 8350 has also proven itself to vbe better in a bunch of tests.

Is it not better just to get 16gb so i wont need to upgrade anytime soon, wots the the gpu for around £180??

Corsairs are very reliable PSUs. Stick with it. The Radeon 7870 out performs the 660 and is cheaper. Go with that. You don't need 16gb of RAM, just go with 8gb.

Which 7870??

XFX, Sapphire, or MSI are my favorite hehe. Sapphires 7870 XT is performance wise between a 660ti and 670. May wanna take a gander at that.
