damn… i feel like my build was suckish for the money but I realize the prices on logical increments are no longer accurate
Kick out the 1500X and grab a 1600 instead. It comes with a capable cooler that isn’t fugly and is a whole different deal on performance. Takes two minutes to ramp it to 3.6GHz on all six cores, that should be fine even on a B350 board.
Don’t buy overpriced Flare memory, get a decent deal on some Ripjaws V 3200 instead.
And please … please … don’t pay full price for fucking Windows.

Well, that is pretty subjective, isn’t it? 
I haven’t tried it but given the board won’t be able to push tons of power anyway, I would give it a shot.
