Well theres this thing which is more expensive, but it's more of a custom loop starter pack, which I'd imagine is kinda what the swift tech one is, but either way I mean it's really probably not worth it from a performance standpoint to get it over something that costs much less when the money saved can upgrade your GPU.
Yeah really was only going liquid because I can't seem to find a heatsink that doesn't block my pcie slot. Otherwise I would stick with air
Honestly if i was you I wouldn't get the h220, get a cheaper cooler and get a 390, you'd be happier in the long run doing so instead of spending time and money setting up a partial custom loop. You won't get more performance out of the h220, it's simply just a stepping stone into full water cooling for your pc. Which if you plan on doing, the h220 is a good option but the EKWB predator would be better for that.
