Thoughts on my first gaming rig?

Hi guys! I'm a long time console gamer and I really want to get into PC gaming now. I have been looking around for about a month and I think I have found some of the best parts for the money. I also need some suggestions on parts but I would like some opinions on the parts and if anyone has something similar to this could they tell me how it works out in modern FPS games like Battlefield 3, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Planetside 2, and other games like Skyrim, Far Cry 3, and Metro 2033. Also I decided on going with AMD products. Any help would be appreciated!

Specs

  1. CPU: FX-8350
  2. Mobo: MSI 990FXA-80V2
  3. Watercooler: CoolerMaster Seidon 120M-S12M-24PK-R1 WaterCooler or better
  4. GPU: Either a MSI Hawk 7870 or Gigabyte 7950
  5. Storage: Seagate Momentus XT
  6. Case: None, want a sub $70 with 2 USB 3.0 and up to 4 2.0 if possible
  7. RAM: None, maybe going with G-skill Ripjaws 8GB of RAM
  8. PSU: None, 80+ Bronze or better. Sub 80.

Well if your going Watercooler, then I assume your planing on overclocking?

If not: lose the CoolerMaster and put the money into getting a better GPU like the 7950. (also look at the Club3D 7870 Joker Tahiti LE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiM10G7UyOg&feature=share&list=UU_SN80_V2GymyCWM2oTYTeg )

If yes: wait for the Overclocked FX-8350 vs i5 3750k benchmark results that are coming soon

I'm not gonna do strong overclocking on the CPU but having low temps doesn't hurt, definitely gonna overclock the GPU to around 1100 Mhz (the base clock is around 900mhz) if I do get the 7950. I'm gonna load the case with 120mm fans for the best cooling (might be getting a Corsair 200r). I've decided on the 8350 because it's a more future proof CPU than the i5 and I've seen that thing get OC'ed to 5 Ghz and more!
