Hello I am building my first computer and need thoughts and suggestions on my motherboard. My budget is 150 dollars to spend on a motherboard. Is this on good for what i have.

The board should basicly be fine.
I would personaly grab the Msi Z97 Gaming 5, its just a few bucks more expensive, but it has better onboard audio.
But other then that, the Z97 krait should basicly be fine.
