This small windmill claims 1.5 kwh efficiency at 18m/s

I'd like to see more proof of their claims before I say this is awesome. Nevertheless, it's nice to see further advancement and innovation in the industry. If what they say is true, an immediate use of this would be on a yacht, and later down the road maybe on small homes.

I read 1.5kwh at 41mph or 18 m/s or 65 kmh. 12m/h would be .01 kmh. This an interesting technology are my figures wrong here? Small Propeller Wind turbines (2-3 meter diameter can output 2 kwh in 25 mph winds at less than half the cost. 4 meter turbines can output up to 5 kwh)  What am I missing that makes this technology more efficient other than the slightly smaller footprint. May be quieter? Please chime in I would like to know.

Sorry, I should stop posting when I'm sleep deprived. The article claims 5m/s whereas the website claims 18. 12 m/s was a huge typo. Corrected the forum topic.
