This Look Good?

How does she look? Do I need to change anything?                                                           http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MjZdJx

Nothing wrong with that for a budged 1080p gaming rig. I would probably try to cram in a 280 and a better mobo + cooler for overclocking (and maybe a 600w unit for overclocking), but that would cost like 100 more.

I would suggest these changes that would greatly improve system performance and to help future proof it ...  that only increase the cost by $20

  1. Corsair SPEC-03 Red ATX Mid Tower Case has excellent air flow
  2. MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard has both better power delivery and superior onboard audio and current chipset with OC capability
  3. Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified PSU is more dependable -- 500w should be fine for the build with the current GPU selection.

And if you were to increase budget by yet another $30 ... you could get into an R9 280 GPU

and still be good with the 500w PSU

Thank you both. Will make some changes accordingly.

I beg to differ on point #3 - EVGA's 500b performs about the same as Corsair's CX500, but uses better secondary capacitors from Teapo, instead of Capxon & Samxon.  That said, both are decent budget power supplies - I usually go for whatever's cheaper(in this case, EVGA).  Both are quite "dependable".

I will conceded that fact ... thank you Sensei
