Probably not for another 3-4 years before Linux is as favored as Windows for gaming, probably longer.

I would think ReactOS would be a better Windows replacement, but is orders of magnitudes behind even Linux in terms of software support.

The stuff Microsoft does is a pretty good way to get me towards Linux.
