I never tried overclocking, so I thought lets give it a go. And then this happened.

Look at the numbers, it says the graphics clock is 1.7Ghz.

No that isn't right. The clock rates for both core and memory appear to be misread by the program (Unigine Valley?) This happens sometimes, I don't know what causes it.

Valley misrepresents clocks and temps quite a bit. Especially on AMD GPUs. Use something like GPUZ. That will give you more accurate information.
