I really want an SSD to go with my new build when I have the money. Does anyone know anything about this SSD?

I agree that a crucial M4 is an all around good buy. I have a 256GB and it is reliable, quite speedy, and affordable (once its firmware is update). Also I have a Samsung 830 in my htpc and it is just as good as the M4 in my opinion. All I know is that friends and reviewers all have bad experinces with OCZ (not sure about vertex 4 since indilinx). Just my 2 cents.
Yeah, the Crucial M4 and Samsung 830 are both really nice. They're about the same performance, and they're supposed to be more reliable than sandforce drives. I've also seen benchmarks where the Crucial M4 is actually just as fast or faster than the sandforce drives as long as the firmware is updated.
I'd probably go with a Crucial M4 at this point in time. Sandforce drives are supposed to be faster, but I don't think that's true. I have a Patriot Wildfire, and I've seen people get better speeds with an M4 before.
As for OCZ, I have a Vertex 2 in my laptop and it works great. I've never had a problem with it. I think OCZ just gets a bad rap with their SSDs. I'd never buy their power supplies, but their SSDs seem to be pretty good quality.
