Yes I do. That’s why I sprung for z370.
Looks good then, go for it.
Keep an eye out for the new Ryzen processors, a 2600 should be around the same as the 8400 and it is already unlocked.

Ok. I went for z370 because of the extreme clock speeds of the 8700k.
How do those clocks benefit you?
Its mostly for gaming, but will also be used for light editing, coding and school work.
What’s your old GPU?

And you have a / plan to buy a 144Hz monitor with the next GPU? Because otherwise you won’t see any difference at all.
