The cyberpunk fanboy in me is getting excited about augments. I'd definitely augment myself. It would/will be interesting to see psychological impacts of augments in a society where not everyone accepts themselves as they are and are not happy with their bodies. Augments could become like the new plastic surgery

Although any surgery sucks, my doctor used a new tech that made custom miter boxes based on a 3D MRI scan. The whole operation only took 1/2 an hour because the fit was perfect out of the box.
What augmentation would I want?
Initially I thought I would want a built in Bullshit / Lie Detector, but much more useful for me would be a device that senses when I am being Annoying and gives me a severe electric shock.
