I never touched that kinda stuff.
Even if this is true or just an april fools joke... well the gif explains it.
Club penguin sucked a few years after release when they wouldn't let you chat and could only speak in approved phrases or words. Took all the fun out of messing around. At least with runescape you could spam in colorful wavy letters whatever you wanted.
