we have RM at out school too, unfortunetely we have shitty old windows xp, an amazingly old IE and a vastly outdated version of firefox. And to the person that said use a portable browser, RM blocks the booting of programs from a flash drive

No idea what RM is, but with your luck they'll tack on some old version of Opera.
compress the portable file into a zip, move the zip to your network drive, extract, then execute from network drive, happy browsing
