I, too, am a big fan of cheese. I like most everything, from basic Colby, to Stilton, to Serat and Kadchgall.

can be paired with twinkie and hotdog to make the twinkie-wiener-sandwhich, ala Weird Al.
Fried halloumi. Unhealthy AF, but tasty AF.
Camembert's also nice.
Otherwise I'd just have cheddar, edam, or red leicester.

Cheese is love. Cheese is life.
One of my favorite things to do with Cheese is a Bacon and Brie Baguette (with some BBQ sauce). Just love it!
