The beast?!?!

I've never built a PC before and need help with the HyperX Beast: 16 GB of the 2400Mhz flavor, on an ASRock Z77 Pro-4 M, with an i5-3570K. I have no idea what to do to make the RAM work, or what I have to do to make it work. Please help. do I need to OC my CPU, OC the RAM, or can I just pop it in a be good? (I will be OC'ing my CPU to 4.4GHz if that makes any difference)

Thanks for all the help.

Make it work? Does it not post to BIOS with it plugged in? You need to be more specific.

I have no idea if it will post, that's my question. I havent purchased the parts yet because  Iwant to make sure  I will have the RAM at 16BG and 2400MHz while my system is online and working properly.

Check if the motherboard can handle those speeds maybe?

if it cant is there any way to make it work? why can most motherboards handle OC 2400 but not stock 2400?

stock 2400? i never heard of that i thought it was oc 2400

i dont think there is stock 2400

i think popping it in will work i guess cuz i just checked

THERE IS NO STOCK 2400mhz speed ram

ull be fine if u just put it in like that

4×240pin DDR3 2800+(OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066

see the bolded letters yea its oc
