If you are worried about your data, switch to linux and start using btrfs, it's infintely better than anything Windows offers.

If you are too lazy to read the article (which is a shame, it's a real eye opener about how total garbage Windows file systems are): it supports atomic COW, redundant healing arrays (it does exactly what the title suggests) and much more.
