TES IV Oblivion.. installed mods

Now the game won't load my save or start a new game without "The program stopped responding" error.

I have retail versions of the main game and Shivering Isles.
I have patched it to the latest required by the Oblivion Reloaded graphics update.

I am using NMM, and here are my mods...


I also edited my ini file with this.

Good news i fixed it myself by resetting the games visual settings with no MSAA...

Mods are working! but textures still seem bad..

Such a good game, that Shivering Isles DLC though.. Best DLC ever.
