Teksyndicate BTC mining not connecting?

I followed everything to the T....im using guiminer, and I have not been able to connect and mine. 

 

I created a worker, copied/pasted the host (deleted the :8332, I entered that in port), copy and pasted my username, password is 123, and tried witth and without flags. 

 

no dice.

Yeah we have given up on thaqt with the release fo the ASICS. It was also getting really complicated. Thanks for your support though :)
