Tek Syndicate should do Udemy Courses

I see that the crew is trying to expand their brand on multiple platforms, with the Vessel and such.
We have these goals to make full time documentaries with patreon. It's a great idea and would love to see something being made on that scale.

I think though, that a Udemy course, or maybe even something attached to LYNDA, with the whole crew and the TEK brand behind it, would help you accrue the financial goals.

I can totally see Logan / Wendell / Qain presenting courses, and could even offer these free to patreon members. A course usually costs between $30 - $300. The former if UDEMY is offering sales.

I would definitely buy a linux course or whatever tech related courses they make. It would definitely reach the demographic you're aiming for, make the show money, and expand your brand on a new platform.

bump because it's a way better idea than Vessel.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) I doubt they have the bandwidth for this type of time investment at the moment. They'd definitely need to bring on multiple staff to keep the normal day-to-day running if they were also producing something as involved as courses. This also doesn't sound like it fits with their style - a bit too much production/branding imo. Plus whenever possible they attempt to remove any pay walls to content that they create.

If they made one good course, they would have enough $ to hire others to continue making courses. Especially considering they have 500,000 subs and the subject matter being huge on UDEMY.

I wouldn't mind making a Windows course and have it quality controlled by Wendell or Logan. Then give them majority because I get my name out there, they sponsor the vids, and in return I make money too.
