So so far I am contemplating getting a Tek Syndicate mouse standard Issue but the problem is I am an MMO gamer, so an MMO keypad is almost essential. So my question is will there ever be an MMO version? I am quite sure @Logan at some point mentioned there will be others, due to "Standard Issue"? @Pistol I am sure would be able to make an amazing propagandtastic MMO mouse.
Oh, gawd no. You're asking for a wow mouse right? Damn razer naga not enough for you? Seriously it's WOW's fault for implementing WASD. Almost all MMO implement, left hand spells + skills, right hand movement from CS: GO, Dota 2, BF4, nuff said.
No kidding I didn't know people liked those 99999 button mice. I can't use the extra buttons because pressing one sends my mouse way to the side as I use fingertip grip.
I have no problems with my Naga and I too use fingertip grip. The button press is very light but not too light, so you don't move the whole mouse while pressing them. But even if you move the mouse a little, it doesn't matter in (most) MMOs. I would find the ring-click of the Logitech G600 more annoying (even when you disable it).
@LordXenu You can move in WoW with the mouse too but in stressful raids or pvp it's much more convenient to use your right thumb than looking down on your keyboard to hit the right key. Also, CS, Dota and BF are not MMOs (2x FPS and 1x MOBA).
If they made one similar to the Corsair M95 where the thumb buttons weren't just a grid but actually surrounded the central point where your thumb grips on the side, I'd totally be down. I simply bound all 9 of the buttons to the number row 1-9 so that it's fairly universal for all games, where I can do all my spells in WoW or quickly switch weapons in Quake 3/Quake LIve without ever leaving WASD.
I'd honestly just love macro and rgb LED support (small software package maybe? doesn't have to be gui-tastic, just text and some decent config instructions are fine for me). The rest of the TS standard issue mouse is glorious as far as I'm concerned.
