Tried posting on reddit.com/r/buildapc but no to avail :(.
Alright, first of of all with my ivy bridge i5 3570k I get non-load temperatures of 70 degrees celsius and load temperatures of 100 degrees celsius but I haven't been shutdown on yet.

I tried installing my quite obese Noctua D-14 on to my Intel DZ77GA70k motherboard on Corsair Vengance 16GB ram (not low profile) and guess what, it doesn't fit.
- for this I already bought 2 sticks of low profile ram to replace what is blocking the noctua d-14 fins.
Deciding 16gbs dual channel +stock cooler > 8gbs single channel + aftermarket, I installed my stock cooler. During this I believe I failed my application of thermal paste AND I think I did not efficiently fit in the 4 pins on the corners into the mother board, infact I broke 2 of the pins (opposite ones) the stock cooler but because it seemed like it fitted thoroughly and rigidly I left it and went on with building my PC.
While plugging in the case fans (NZXT Phantom 410) I believe I shorted 2 of the fans. I think this happened because I plugged the both 4 small connectors AND the molex plug in the motherboard and power supply respectively, when I turned the computer on, smoke came out of the top of the fan switch. Now 2 of the fans do not work at all and 1 fan works but just barely I believe, the fan switch on the top of the case HAS to be at the minus sign (-) for the one fan to work.
Advice on how I should address these problems will earn you a hug/and or my gratitude.
