A lot of groups in china have legal right to sue because they are forcing the upgrade onto people without their consent and profiting over it.
Microsoft has sunken to an a whole other level of Low.. if you have the "Windows 10" upgrade on your machine, Microsoft has changed the way it works in most recent updates.. it goes from this..

now closing that window on your machine? well according to Microsoft that means YOU'RE OKAY WITH IT! cause there is millions of people complaining that closing the window now updates their machines to Windows 10. it's also worth noting that after July 28th all of this will stop. but the massive push for Windows 10 has angered many. and this is the end game for Microsoft before July.
Sad day for Oracle because they've been suing Google for how they use the Java API. of course Google has been using the Java API for creation of Android (though they are in the works to move away from Java) the quick synopsis. if you don't know the history of Java. it was created by Sun Microsoft systems as a free and open API available for developers. it was easily portable to many other OSes and Architectures because of the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) which would run each app within a small container.
Google Created Android with code from the Java API's and Oracle (Which later bought Sun Microsystems) decides they should license Java.. but it didn't work cause Google won and it was determined what Google did was in fair-use.. Oracle decided to re-appeal and they were denied.
