Teamviewer alternative?

Hi all,
Been looking around for a teamviewer alternative that would be good to use on around 50 mechanises. The issue that im getting with teamviewer is that it think that im using the software in a commercial environment as im using it all the time. Is their an alternative that does not need you to be on the same network/VPN to the system?
Been looking at remote utility but the $$ is there
lower cost would be better!

From the same people.

Depending on yours and the targets system RDP (Windows) or VNC (Linux).

Depending on your needs and how your utilising remote support, this one is good for tech to EU interaction.

Creates a secure connection with multiple elevation prompts for the EU to confirm, also removes itself from the pc when the support session has ended.

I use Apache's Guacamole at home for VNC/RDP/SSH

I am going to be that guy and say that technically you can beam your desktop with gstreamer and remote control that way lol. Mouse KB and all.

They were on stream ?!

uh yeah

There is a business flavor of splashtop:

I have used the personal version a lot and it's my preferred solution. It has sound and 30-60fps with reasonably low latency.

Anydesk, on the other hand, is far and away the lowest latency software I tested, but either I couldn't get sound to work, or it doesn't support it. I don't remember which it was, but sound didn't work for me.

Just took a look at nomachine, and it looks damn good. I'll be giving that one a try, next time a need arises...
