I fully understand that you may want to pentest your network but general methods to achieve this are illegal and they most definitely void the TEKSYNDICATE website rules. If you really want to learn, this isn't the place to ask.
Research WPS and how to use aircrack-ng.
I will not tell any technical on how to but what is used to.
In spirit of education, wpa2-psk can be cracked in 2 ways:
1)
Capture handshake between wifi ap and client, create rainbow tables for the ap name from your dictionary password file to attack directly the handshake file.
2)
Create fake ap, a honeycomb or man-in-the-middle attack. Set your fake ap the same way the real ap is set (this includes frequency, channel, ap_name, security type). Send out de-authentication packets into the real network. Now wait for them try to log in into your fake ap - and get their password quickly.
