Tacos how do you like them?
What do you like on them?

For me I like blackened red fish with a pico de gallo and lime on a corn flour tortilla.
I usually just go with standard street tacos. Onions, cilantro, salsa and properly cooked meat.
but what type of meat?
I dont have a favorite. I bounce around between pretty standard stuff. carne asada, al pastor, lengua and carnitas mostly. Im not huge on fish or chicken but get it from time to time.
