System Temp In Aussie Temps

I have a A-10 5800K with stock cooler and an old full thermaltake armour case with all fan slots used and only one fan intake and i'm getting system temp of 42 celcius and I'm in aussie tem of 30 to 45. What can I do to get a cooler and quieter system. Water cooling (Thermaltake water 2.0 performer http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106188), a themaltake case (chaser http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133191&Tpk=thermaltake%20chaser)

Thanks guys

There are also great options in air coolers around the $40-50 range that give you darn near silent operation and vey good temps, are you interested in a air cooler also or just sticking to water cooling?

A closed loop watercooling solution would be a pretty huge upgrade from stock cooler for sure assuming nothing bad happens.

I would consider an air cooler as long as it fit FM1 and fits either AM3 or 1155. Thanks
