So I'm just getting into the whole UEFI thing. I have a compatible MB and Win7. I have a system image that has survived through many many restores w/all my programs and settings intact (except Steam Games erg!!!). What I want to do is set up UEFI boot then restore from a system image to minimize down time and avoid having to re install everything. Is this possible? My thinking is to either set up uefi then boot to system image recovery OR set uefi, install Win7, then restore from system back up.
Thoughts?
