Synology Expansion Chassis Connected to TrueNAS via Infiniband

HI,

I have a Synology Expansion Chassis that uses the infiniband connector. I prefer to use FreeNAS over Synology, does anyone know whether you can connect the Synology Expansion Chassis to a server (Xeon D) with an Infiniband card? (I havent identified which make or model of card ye)
