The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection for Switzerland "Hanspeter Thür" will get a closer look at the data gathering from Microsoft in Windows 10. He will check if the those dubious methodes to gather private data from users are against Swiss law.

Pretty interesting.....

This could be interesting, and maybe a downfall. Probably not though (sadly)

Microsoft is also based in Switzerland, so maybe they have a chance when they have the balls.
