Suspended Google Wallet & Disabled Purchased Apps

I have a big problem and wanted to know what would you guys do.

About 11 days ago Google Wallet decided to suspend my account. This is the account that I buy Google Devices and Android Apps with. The last thing I did was to buy Nexus 5! They told me to verify online and I did 3 times now and every time they reject me. They don't tell me why. There is no phone number to call and the apps that I bought are now disabled! I spent more than $300 in apps and I've bought Nexus 4, Nexus 4 (2), Nexus 5, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10 from them. So all those devices are pretty much useless now.

The only phone number I found is 1 855 492 5538 and they are very useless. It's just support and they don't have permission to see anything.

Please tell me what can I do. I have invested so much on Android for nothing! I honestly bought 100% of the apps and I keep thinking this wouldn't have happened if I had pirated them all!!!
