Surprise christmas present turns in to a headache

So I just found out my girlfriend got me gtx780ti and I have one on the way so I wanted to get a sli set up but idk what bridge to get for my motherboard (maximus vi formula) out of these http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g57/c645/s2061/list/p1/EK_Products-EK_Multiple_Block_Connectivity-EK_Bridges_and_Links-Page1.html plus how many angled fittings (ex. 90º and 45º) should I buy as backups if I can't connect them all with straight fittings?  I am sorry for asking so many questions lately just a bit confused and this is icing on the cake.

I would recommend looking at EK's actual website, it also gives you a selection of clear FC bridges. It also depends on whether you want the EK FC blocks to begin with. If you don't already have one, then they do make their older style of waterblocks that have ports that are side-accessable and can be connected with the use of standard fittings.

I already bought one :/  this one http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc780-gtx-ti-acetal.html is there a way I can tell how many mm will be between them? I looked at the manual for the board I didn't find any info. Which one of these would I need http://www.ekwb.com/shop/blocks/vga-blocks/multiple-block-connectivity/hd-tube-adapter-system.html?p=1 and do I need any special connectors??

you need the fittings with the o-rings from the last link from before. Those fittings determine the size of tubing you should purchase. The length of the tubing is determined in the same manner as the FC Bridges. Two slot means that it accomodates a gap of one PCI-e lane. So if you placed two two-slot cards right next to eachother in the case, you would need a two-slot length of tube. If you have a gap of one slot between your two-slot cards then you need a three-slot length of tubing. If you need longer than that, then you may need to cut it down to length yourself.

Best. Girlfriend. Ever.
