The surface is two years old and I got it in new in box. owner removed from the closet (home for 2 years) and it displays plugged in but not charging. I did updates, reset windows, etc. Tried to find someone in Arizona to fix it, all said not going to touch it. One guy said that it the charge controller and was bad as delivered. Any ideas on how to get this expensive paperweight fixed.
