Supermicro H11SSL-i with Epyc 7702 stuck at DXE--CPU initialization

This is my first time getting into more enterprise hardware.
I got a H11SSL-i with Epyc 7702 combo from ebay.
along with

  • A-Tech 128GB 4x 32GB DDR4 2133 MHz ECC LRDIMM
  • Cooler Master MWE Gold 1050 PSU

I can’t get past the DXE–CPU initialization with code 63
I can get into BMC
the Firmware Revision is 01.52.00
and the bios version is 2.1

I’ve tried only using one stick placing it where it says in the manual.
tried all of the 4 of my sticks (32gb 2133 MHz ECC LRDIMM DDR4)
cleared the CMOS
reseated the CPU
all the fans spin up fine when it starts.
sometime i get a DXE–USB initialization with code 62
i’ve unplugged and plugged in the PSU
Any Sugestions would be appreciated

What board revision do you have? The 7xx2 series are only supported on later versions of the board.

Got it working by updating the BIOS
