Supermicro H11SSL-i external video card help

Hello All

I want to use a AMD Radeon pro wx-9100 in my build and set the jumper on the motherboard to disable the vga port and set the vga priority to offboard.
Is there something I have missed as I can not get the video card to work.

It works in another motherboard.
