I'm looking to get a Superdrive for the Mac SE but I can seem to find one. Anyone have a spare unit I could buy off ya or know where I could get one?

Have you tried taking the SE to the Genius bar and asking them to fix or replace the current drive?
Your best bet would be to look for a broken SE on Ebay and to keep the other parts as spares.
Now that would be fun to do, sadly (depending on how you look at it) closest one to me is about 2 hours away.
It isn't broken, it has a 800k drive in it but I can't really do anything with the 800k drive.
IIRC, my own SE/30 used a drive that we took from an LCII.
But that was 25 years ago and I was still in my early teens back then, so I might be mistaken.
The SE/30 drive should fit in the SE for sure though, an it will be a superdrive because the SE/30 AFAIK never came with 800k ones.
