Suggestions on sub $200 Monitor?

So my TV that I have been using as both a TV and monitor decided to die on me tonight. Looking to get a new monitor for under $200. I don't need anything too fancy. Looking for it to be around 22 inches or so.

LG 22MP55HQ-P? It's IPS, has a decent response time, and is $60 under budget.

I have an LG 23MP75 and I love it, really good colour, and aesthetically pleasing. Can be a sucker for fingerprints but then again you shouldn't really be touching your screen.

Does anyone know of some 1080p monitors that can overclock to 75Hz or so, at the same price point, i need to replace my 1680x1050 dell monitor
