Suggestions for Upgrading

I build my first computer a while back and I am thinking about doing some upgrades. I think the first thing I will do is get an aftermarket cpu cooler since I saved some cash originally sticking with the default one. The other thing I think I need would be to get more ram. I'm not very knowledgeable with these things so I am sure others suggestions will prove to be really helpful in my decisions.

My thoughts

-Get aftermarket cpu cooler maybe Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

-Get another 2x2GB of the same Ram (or would a 2x4GB to replace be better?)

Hyper 212 Evo is a great budget CPU cooler.  Just check and make sure that your case has clearance for it.

8GB of RAM will be very helpful.  If this build is only for gaming, you could probably just pick up another 2x2 kit with the same timings and clockspeed.
