Successfully reinstalled Windows 7 - But have some Irritating problems

Alright. Now it's the fuckshow after the nightmare, folks. Although... i'd say the days before were the fuckshow? ANYWAY! Yeah, here i am with Windows 7 again. But i have several problems. One i noticed right off the bat. Intel MAC Address invalid in both CMOS and Flash, message on startup from motherboard. I've found that it can apparently be repaired using the ASRock MAC tool. Put it in a bootable disc (not sure about flash drive) and install it that way, although i don't know how to do that anyway. I believe that Windows update is not working because of MAC address errors. I tried to get SP1 for W7, then realized Windows update never ran during the installation process. Firefox also says Internet Connection Not secure whenever i try and load up my home page. I think it's also caused by the MAC address error.

And i hooked up my Caviar Blue not too long ago, and noticed some apps don't work at all (no surprise there), but i will just simply reinstall them. Steam works GREAT! However, no apps from my Caviar Blue are appearing in my Add/Remove program list. Only the few things i have on my SSD where OS is.

Another problem, Sleep Mode is not an option in Shut Down options. It's greyed out. But i can successfully go into Hibernate mode.

And finally... DUN-DUN-DUN-DA! My GTX 960 was not detected on initial load up to desktop. I'm running integrated graphics. Very odd, and unfortunate. What can i do there? Reinstall the card into the PCI-E slot?

HNNNNNGGGGGGGGG-NNNGGGGG!

EDIT:

MAC Address Problem SOLVED!
Sleep Mode Problem SOLVED!
All Connection Issues SOLVED!
GPU Detection SOLVED!

you'll need to go to your mobo manufactures website and download the latest drivers, how is your MAC address wrong, not sure what's going on there same with your video card, need to download nvidia drivers appropriate for it or perhaps the driver from the card manufactures site.

Atleast for the installing programs which exists from an old installation, i highly doubt you will ever get windows to register them as "installed", so you can't remove them through uninstall. The amount of registration database code which is installed for each windows application is redicules, and im allmost 100% that if you restore an old installation of lets say a game, into steam, it does not update the OS registry, just rather registers the program within Steam and allow you to run it, not uninstall since that is actually window$, which handles that script.
Steam how ever has a back up games function, im not sure if that would work, but worth a shot though.

Solved the MAC address problem. And... errm... GTX 960 was detected after Windows performed updates. So now. All i'm really concerned about are my existing files. I just nuked my Adobe CC apps... Whatever. I'll just reinstall them. Need not take anything else but time.

Now it seems more like a matter of trying to preserve my games. So, you think i could just run Steam's game backup function? Then proceed to uninstall Steam and reinstall it? Also, Sleep mode function is back after updates... seems like they solved half my problems... hmm.
