Not bad, have you checked out the new 650ti boost GPU. About the same price and may be something to look in to

Nice! wish i could build that its a good build you can easily run modern games from medium-ultra or high-ultra

Your all good! but remember the OS :P Windows 7 from amazon is $69 odd  Edit: oops $99
