I need a recommendation on a sub $100 AM3+ overclocking capable mobo.

you MIGHT be able to find a used Asus M5A99x EVO R2.0 or Asus M5A99x PRO for sub $100. But most everything out there that is sub $100, has a 4+1, 4+2 or worse powerphase. The two mentioned use a 6+2 powerphase. and are about $130 That is going to be about your absolute minimum for am overclock, Especially if you are using an FX chip
