Stuck on boot for GPU Passthrough configuration

Followed a bunch of guides and should have a complete configuration but it won’t get past some boot screen I’ve got no idea how to navigate:

In my configuration I did leave some of the SPICE stuff in there since I was hoping to avoid having to use extra peripherals for the setup. The system will be 100% headless with a DisplayPort Emulator and remote access.

Nevermind… Somehow the setup utility deselected the boot ISO…

libvirt only boots the CDROM on the first boot, then it deselects itself. That’s by design to prevent your system from going back into the installer.

Type exit in shell to get to the UEFI configuration for Tianocore to get to the boot selection menu within the UEFI.
