Hi,
This is my first build. I am trying to build a decent streaming and gaming pc for under $750. My main concern is the cpu, should i scrape up $40 USD more for a 8350 or stick with the 8320. I was going to overclock the 8320 to 4 GHz hoping it would be more like the 8350. Here's my part list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HnMU
I'd just stick with the 8320. With a mild overclock you can get it to 8350 speeds.
Other than that, your build looks pretty good. Seagate, at least from what I've heard, isn't the best in terms of reliability, so you might opt for a Western Digital Drive instead.
Thanks for the quick reply. I went with a caviar blue. New list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Hqcg
i can spot one propblem in your build and that is the motherboard. That board is very old with with a really bad chipset nowdays. It has also poor power delivery and lack of SATA III. The board will throttle your FX 8320 even at stock speeds.
What i suggest you to do, is to downgrade your GPU to a R9 270. The R9 270 is a very capable card and can max out many modern games with 30+ minimum FPS, and maxes over 60 FPS. This is what i would suggst you to get:

Upgraded the mobo into an ASUS M5A99FX EVO R2.0, with this board, you could get an OC of even 5 GHz, if the CPU can handle that. This board has the latest 990FX chipset, 6+2 phase power delivery, sata III ect. that the board you chose lacks.
Upgraded the HDD into an SSHD. With this, you can get near SSD speeds for your most frequently used programs with just a few extra bucks.
The MSI R9 270 GAMING can be easily overclocked into 270X speeds, and is a really good midrange GPU, being just a few FPS slower than the GTX 760.
Some people complain that the corsair CX series is not good, but i doubt it. Still swithced the PSU for an XFX 550W core edition 80+ bronze PSU. This is a quality psu that uses Seasonics manufactured board inside, wich is one of the higes quality manufactures out there. Also, 550W will be plenty even if the whole system is OC'd
Hope i helped :)
Thanks for the help @hoocee12. I was planning to get an nvidia shield in the future mainly for gamestream and the r9 270 doesn't work for that. I probably should've mentioned that in the original post. I went back to the hard drive because i don't care too much and read and write speeds as long as they are not ridiculously slow. Im upgrading from a mac mini early 2008 so I don't think i can get much slower. After switching back to the hard drive i added ncix to my list of merchants and it lowered the price a bit. I added the gtx 760 back in and now im $22 over but i should be able to find a bit of money laying around. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HtbF
well that is a good reason to get the GTX 760 then :D the new build looks solid to me :)
