Strange Minimum Temps?

So I just recently replaced the Cooler Master Sickleflows that I originally put on my H100 with 4 Corsair SP120's in push/pull, and it looks like they have dropped my temperatures by at least a few degrees.

At the same time, and I noticed this with the sickleflows too, two of the cores are significantly warmer than the other two. Is this normal?

I have an Intel Core i7 2600K overclocked to 4.5Ghz, and here are the minimum temps:

Core 1: 37C

Core 2: 29C

Core 3: 36C

Core 4: 33C

Aren't cores 1 and 3 running a little hotter than they should be or is this just normal?

Try reseating with fresh TIM it's possible those 2 cores aren't making good contact.

I've reinstalled the cooler a few times before and two of the cores are always hotter.

This is nothing to be worried about. I've got a 3930k/H100 and two of my cores are the exact same. It's either due to the construction of your specific chip or the way the liquid runs through the h100 block.

Yeah, I'm probably going to get a real liquid cooling loop going soonish, so hopefully that will cool it a lot better.

It's probably the pirority workload of the cores. My i7 930 does the same.

my friend's 3570K does that but load temps are high as well
