Stop eating crappy instant Ramyun

I order these off of amazon. They will change your life.

it changed your life and now you're telling people to stop eating it? dayum and i thought top ramen was bad

Did you end up with nutrient deficiencies?

Ok, let me explain.

By stop eating crappy instant ramyun i mean stop eating these.

I did not mean that instant ramyun in and of itself was a bad thing.

I was introduced to this brand when on an exchange trip to South Korea (basically the only thing i could afford to eat while I was there). I would actually open one end of the bag and pour boiling water from the water machine in the package and add the spice pack for dinner to avoid paying to eat out.

Compared to the aforementioned Ramyun, these things actually have texture and heat and flavor and are satisfying.

No, they are not nutritious. No, you should not eat them every day. I bring them to work like once a week for lunch. Light weight and easy to microwave.

Actually, the only reason I posted all these food related things is I was going through my phone's pictures right before I discovered this forum on the site.

That is all.

What is Ramyun? it just looks like a 9p packet of noodles. :/

all that shit packs alot of sodium, increase your blood pressure and increase your fluid retention making your heart work harder so at the end of the day you are poisoning yourself.

ramyun is a brand, not a food...

Ramyun is not the same as Ramen.

Ramyun is Korean, Ramen is Japanese.

So saying "Stop eating crappy instant Ramyun" is saying NOT to eat what you purchased off of Amazon. You can't even compare them, because they are different products, with different tastes, from different areas. It's like saying "DONT EAT CRAPPY CHINESE FOOD! THAI IS WHERE IT'S AT!"

just trying to be a positive contribute to the food forum.

I like those and there is another one from the same company that is kimchi Ramyun (the pack has ramen on it but I work for Koreans so I know the difference) that is pretty good also, you can get them in the supermarkets out here.

Soylent Green is peopleeee.

Being Korean made it so I've been eating this brand 90% of the time!
Best Ramyun pretty much ever.

Yes, sodium up the wazoo, but at least it's not the MSG ridden Maruchan!

P.S I have Shin Ramyun socks when I visited Korea :D

I, for one, love shitty insta noodles. You're not my mom.

But........................... i love all noodles. Every kind of noodle!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to buy some of these

lol

So basically i can lose weight living off these is what you are telling me?

Shit I'm heading to the market tomorrow lol

LOL!!!!!!! I had cravings for it before. I saw this funny thing on Shark Tank where this dude made the "Rapid Ramen Cooker" and believe it or not, its patented LOL http://www.amazon.com/Rapid-Ramen-2-Pack-Cooker/dp/B009QU37TG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415256263&sr=8-1&keywords=instant+ramen+cooker

Hmm. Interesting. i thought it was common knowledge that this

and this

is good ramen. Hell its the only ramen I buy. A good challenge is trying to eat a packet of Shin Ramyun dry with all the flavouring. Good pass time from years back I did with my korean homestays. i didnt even realise people couldnt get this in other countries. Thank fuck for the high korean and japanese population in NZ I guess. Like wise with cars.

I used to eat those noodles like crazy. I get a runny nose every time I eat it though. I love spicy foods but I'm not too good with them
