Will the normal fans on phanteks14pe(2fans) handle a overclocked amd 8350? and how far, will it get good temps at 4.6ghz?
Yes, the stock fans are fine for 4.6 to 4.8gHz, if you can handle the noise.
what temps would it be at?
Also will this work for airflow for the XL r2 Case:
2 Top fans and 1 back fans will exhaust air
1Bottom,1 Side, 2 Front fans will intake air will that work?
4 intake and 3 exhaust?
