Finally some protection from throwing my wallet at useless games :P
Since quality control has hit an all time low this is probably steam's most cost effective way to deal with poorly designed software. I wish they would review each game before releasing in the market but im sure they did this because it uses less resources internally. If they did enable QC in the marketplace I think it would force the developers to do the work needed to have a stable platform before even requesting it be offered by steam.
I wish I could have refunded starforge :(

Return window probably means time frame after buying a game that you can return it
The return window is 14 days. The game also has to be less than 2 hours played. So it's not really of any use for older games we've already bought, but it's going to be great for trying games on Early Access.
