I wonder how much this with change with amds new cards coming out and with more games coming out with Linux support rather than being converted.

Would be interesting to track the rate of change for a while. Just to see if things are speeding up and to try to pinpoint that to certain events.

write me if you need some crazy mathoperations on that data. Wavelets, Fourieranalysis and stuff can be really handy, if someone (else) is able to make sense out of the results :)

Where is a good place to find when Linux games released? Been trying to get a solid date on Bioshock Infinite but nothing.

They never really did announce it, though I first noticed it on March 17th. The discussion board on Steam for Bioshock: Infinite goes as far back as March 17th, it looks like, so March 17th is probably the date to consider.

I use Phoronix.com and gamingonlinux.com to check out dates of games that might be releasing. As far as Bioshock Infinite it released on March 17th.

The April stats released today, updated the first post.

Linux took a hit this month (April) likely due to GTA5 release.

Interesting to see that there really is an impact by newly released games!

Btw: It would be interesting to know how different systems for the same user are handled in this statistics. Is a dualbooter who uses steam on both systems always updated or counted twice?
Is there any information about it?
