Alright, so I moved all of the files and programs that I need from a HDD to an SSD, the only thing that needs to remain on my HDD is my Steam account/files/saves/games/etc. Since this will be a secondary drive, and the OS is on the SSD, can I just delete all folders except for Steam?
I've never had a computer running on 2 hard drives, so I don't want to ruin any hard work or save files.
In my opinion you should probably keep your word documents, pictures and the like on your Roomier HDD and put all your resource intensive apps on your SDD. Though if you do wipe your HDD of everything but steam you should be fine. Just remember to hook all of your libraries to the new drive or you'll have to search manually for files and steam won't launch any games because it expects them to be on C: drive.
